Terms of use

Last updated

Binmage is buffer’s personal blog. These notes explain how its writing, sources and comments may be used.

Ideas, experiments and accuracy

Articles share personal observations, research and experiments about AI and hardware. They are not individual professional advice. Software, products and documentation change, and an experiment that works in one setup may fail in another. Check the linked sources and your own conditions before running commands, modifying equipment or making a purchase.

Errors can happen. Corrections and useful counterexamples are welcome; the article’s date and any update note help place it in context.

Quoting and reusing material

You are welcome to link to articles and use brief quotations from Binmage’s original writing with credit to the author and a link to the source. Ask before republishing a whole article or using original images or brand assets beyond any license stated for them.

Quoted posts, screenshots, names, logos and other third-party material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Citing or embedding a source does not mean Binmage owns it, has a general license to redistribute it or is endorsed by its author. These notes do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

Comments, where available

Criticism and disagreement are welcome. Do not post threats, harassment, spam, unlawful material or other people’s private information. Submit only material you are entitled to share.

You keep ownership of your comments. Submitting a comment gives the blog a nonexclusive permission to display it with the discussion and to format or moderate it for that purpose. Comments may be withheld or removed for these rules; permission does not extend to selling your comment as a separate work. Contact me if you want a correction or removal.

Sources and external services

External links and embeds are provided for context. Their content, availability and policies are controlled by their providers. A link is not a blanket endorsement of the site or product. The privacy policy and cookie page explain what happens when external content is loaded.

Questions and corrections

For corrections, permissions, copyright concerns or other questions, email [email protected]. Include the relevant page and a short explanation so I can find the issue.

Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires you to waive a legal remedy.

Updates

These notes may be updated as the blog changes. The update date records the current version; material changes will be explained where relevant.
